The GlobalTouch Telecom SIP Trunking solution enables resellers to readily support business customers ranging from the small office to large enterprises. With our SIP Trunking solution, we enable calls to originate on one network and terminate without a TDM middleman. The advantage of this is that these calls are treated as “on net” and thus are completed between the parties as part of their “on net” bundled usage agreements. This lets us empower our resellers with an even stronger case for VoIP as well as better profit margins for all. Deploy SIP Trunking in combination with an IP PBX or by utilizing your customer’s legacy phone equipment. This combination gives your customer significant savings over POTs lines. |
Device Trunk Service or Device Line Trunking is where all calls come into or go out from a Device capable of registering each single line with our Trunking application. The Device can be a physical one, such as a multi-port FXS Gateway or ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) that is installed between the customer’s PBX and their LAN. The ATA / Gateway has a specific number of ports or lines. Or the Device can be a virtual one such as an Asterisk PBX or other IP-capable application that also has a specific number of lines and can register them individually. Overflow voicemail on a Trunk Group level is also offered, where if all the lines in a given Group are in use, a new inbound call goes to a generic voicemail announcement and is then sent as an MP3 attachment to a designated email address. 911 Emergency Calling is also supported on the Device Line Trunking Service. Address Trunk Service is where all calls come into or go out from a specific IP Address or Internet Domain. Here, we have no idea what device or application the calls are coming from or to, and simply limit the number of maximum simultaneous inbound and outbound calls from within the Softswitch itself. |
