GlobalTouch Telecom's Residential V-VoIP Solution offers carriers, MSOs and resellers a single user VoIP solution. The service includes a local phone number anywhere in the United States, Class 5 features (call waiting, caller ID, call holding, 3-way calling), Voice Mail with MP3 email and instant messaging notification, T.38 Fax compatibility, an available Softphone with USB handsets and CallBlast, our handy “find me, follow me” feature. Most of our resellers offer this type of service to their end users for a flat monthly fee which includes unlimited calling in the United States and Canada. This service can be used for both voice and video offerings and paired with a SIP Phone, ATA, MTA, Softphone or Videophone.
End users pick their own telephone number (DIDs) from the Graphical User Interface (GUI) which is white labeled for the reseller. Local numbers are available from virtually anywhere in the US, Canada, UK, and many other international markets.
When the end user signs up for service they receive a SIP Phone, ATA, MTA, Softphone or Videophone, depending on the service they order. All of these devices are plug and play and automatically “synch” with the GlobalTouch VoIP network when they are installed. These devices can be plugged in and will synch anywhere in the world where broadband access is available.
Also while signing up, end users select their level of service, billing address and E-911 location. Through this GUI, end users can also access their personal settings from any web browser via password access to their account. Here they can change their E-911 address, add, remove or change the ringing sequence of CallBlast, change voice mail settings, and activate or deactivate Class 5 features like call waiting.
